Joules & Joules Cadmium Red Light Oil Bar is a derivation of our Cadmium Red Light oil paint. In this process, safe quantities of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to the recipe, keeping the outer membrane solid, and the oil bar creamy inside. Joules & Joules Cadmium Red Light is a light, opaque, slightly orange, highly lightfast red, with moderate tinting strength and high covering power. This is the Light version of one of the most popular colors in 20th-century painting.
