Joules & Joules Cobalt Teal Oil Bar is a derivation of our Cobalt Teal oil paint. In this process, safe quantities of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to the recipe, keeping the outer membrane solid, and the oil bar creamy inside. Joules & Joules Cobalt Teal is a bright, opaque, highly lightfast greenish-blue with moderate tinting strength and high covering power. It is a luminous turquoise blue, similar to the color created by the ancient Egyptians using gemstones.
