Oil Bars: Single-Pigment Colors – Synthetic Pigments
Dioxazine Violet Oil Bar
Joules & Joules Dioxazine Violet Oil Bar is a derivation of our Dioxazine Violet oil paint. In this process, safe quantities of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to the recipe, keeping the outer membrane solid, and the oil bar creamy inside. Joules & Joules Dioxazine Violet is a dark, transparent, and highly lightfast deep bluish purple with high tinting strength and low covering power. Nearly black in its mass tone, Dioxazine's luminous undertones are unmatched by any other violet pigment.
