Joules & Joules Fluorescent Red Oil Bar is a derivation of our Fluorescent Red oil paint. In this process, safe quantities of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to the recipe, keeping the outer membrane solid, and the oil bar creamy inside. Joules & Joules Fluorescent Red is a bright, luminous, transparent, and very low lightfast red, with high tinting strength and low covering power. It has a very low permanence due to its poor lightfastness.
