Joules & Joules Gel Medium adds transparency, flexibility, and shine to oil paint while keeping its body. Joules & Joules Gel Medium preserves the brushstroke marks on the painting surface. The absence of any drying agents in its composition prevents it from affecting the original oil paint's drying rate.

Applications
Medium: Added to oil paints, it gives colors a buttery, short, and transparent body. It is a safe addition to oil paint, preserving its original flexibility, without any dilution or cracking.
Oil paint manufacturing: Oil Paint Manufacturing: It may be used to stabilize colors, keeping the pigment and oil together and forming a thicker paint paste. Dry pigments may be directly added to Joules & Joules Gel Medium.
 
Observations
When used pure, it may acquire a slightly yellowish color after the drying process due to the presence of Cold-Pressed Linseed Oil in its composition. May cause a slight yellowing in the color after drying.
 
Toxicity
Non-toxic. Avoid ingestion and excessive skin contact.
