Joules & Joules Phthalo Blue Oil Bar is a derivation of our Phthalo Blue oil paint. In this process, safe quantities of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to the recipe, keeping the outer membrane solid, and the oil bar creamy inside. Joules & Joules Phthalo Blue is a bright, transparent, intense, and highly lightfast blue with high tinting strength and moderate covering power. It is warm in its mass tone with greenish undertones which produce clean and rich mixtures of color.
