Joules & Joules Radiant Blue Oil Bar is a derivation of our Radiant Blue oil paint. In this process, safe quantities of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to the recipe, keeping the outer membrane solid, and the oil bar creamy inside. Joules & Joules Radiant Blue is a semi-opaque, and highly lightfast light greenish-blue, with high tinting strength and moderate covering power. Joules & Joules Radiant Colors provide lighter and brighter hues straight from the tube.

Observations
Not affected by diluted alkalis, acids, light, and air. Non-reactive with drying oils, hence has a slow drying time.
