Joules & Joules Radiant Ultramarine Oil Bar is a derivation of our Radiant Ultramarine oil paint. In this process, safe quantities of beeswax and carnauba wax are added to the recipe, keeping the outer membrane solid, and the oil bar creamy inside. Joules & Joules Radiant Ultramarine is a semi-opaque, and highly lightfast light, and slightly reddish-blue, with high tinting strength and moderate covering power. Joules & Joules Radiant Colors provide lighter and brighter hues straight from the tube.

Not affected by diluted alkalis, acids, light, and air. Non-reactive with drying oils, hence has a slow drying time.
