Safflower Titanium White
 
Joules & Joules Safflower Titanium White is a bright, cool, opaque, and highly lightfast white, with excellent tinting strength and covering power. Safflower Oil is used in the formulation of Safflower Titanium White to preserve the cooler white appearance and its luminosity, both of which would otherwise be lost.
